MySpatial provide detailed topographic survey and mapping using by using LiDAR or UAV technology, which represents the horizontal and vertical positions of the features that are present in the survey area, as well as relief in measurable form such as break lines, contours, spot height and Digital Elevation Models (DEMs). 

LiDAR is a new method used for topographic surveying and mapping. This three-dimensional mapping system is very popular for engineers, planners, mapping technicians, GIS professionals, and surveyors. Compared to similar methods for three-dimensional information gathering, it is very accurate, relatively fast, and cost-effective. LiDAR mapping is used for topographic surveys and related applications. Compared to conventional surveying methods, LiDAR technology can be made much faster. In fact, integration of LiDAR and Aerial Photo mapping has already nearly replaced conventional methods. It is many times faster than using a surveying station or electronic version of the old surveyor’s transit tool, or other low-tech surveying methods.
